Chicken Thighs with Shallots and Spinach
If you like chicken and spinach, this is a great recipe. You will love the ease and simplicity. It takes about 30 minutes total prep time. The moist tender chicken is ready to serve with its own creamy spinach side.
Some people recommend doubling the amount of spinach sauce, which is easy enough to do.
