Single Arm Kettlebell Snatch w/ Rev Lunge x5 Each
TRX Row x10
Med Ball Slams x10
Power Wheel Rollout x10

How to Perform 6 Rounds in the Box
Prepare
By this time, you should be familiar with all the basic moves we will be doing. If you are not familiar with any of the movements in this workout, ask a coach.
We always recommended you warm-up prior to strenuous exercise. Before you begin this workout, you should perform some dynamic stretching, and/or 5 to 10 minutes of light cardio.
The Workout
You will need one kettlebell, a TRX Strap, a med ball and a power wheel for this workout. Select weights that is challenging.
After you complete a warm-up, grab your equipment and start your workout. Rest as needed.
You will begin your 6 rounds in the box with your single Arm Kettlebell Snatch with Reverse Lunge. Complete 5 reps on each side. Move on to the TRX straps. Perform 10 rows, remember you can alter the resistance on the row by changing your angle to the strap. After you complete the rows, move to the med ball slams. Go heavy on these and complete 10 reps. Finally, move onto the 10 power wheel rollouts. Repeat for 6 rounds, rest as you need to.
