We specialize in small group training and one on one personal training. All of our memberships include FREE online instructional videos and online meal planning.  We give you all the pieces, encourage you and help led you to RESULTS. This isn't a gym where you just come in and rent a treadmill. This is an all inclusive program that delivers you to results with guidance, support and with YOUR hard work, achieving your goals is possible. What really sets us apart is our small group training and one on one personal training areas and accessories. We offer TRX suspension training, kettlebells, giant ropes, elastic bands, medicine balls, punching bags, cable machines, sand bags and much more. ALL of our front desk associates have fitness related degrees and certifications.  They are fully equipped to answer any of your fitness/health related questions and are happy to assist you in anyway possible. BodyForce offers a variety of HammerStrength equipment/machines, Life Fitness Cardio Equipment, Free Weights and unlike other clubs, we offer a huge selection of functional training accessories including: TRX Cables, Ropes, Punching Bags, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Stability Balls, Body Bars and more. Our group and personal training programs, utilize these accessories to help you meet your fitness goals quickly and efficiently.
